Service Plus Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is proud to announce Kelly Pauly as the winner of our Service Plus Everyday Hero HVAC Giveaway program for 2023! Kelly was selected as the deserving local hero who received a FREE heating and cooling replacement system for her home, recognizing her incredible dedication to serving others.
It was a tough decision, as each nomination was carefully reviewed, and Kelly’s inspiring story stood out from all of the other nominations. Kelly is a nurse at Riley Hospital for Children and a single mother of her seven-year-old daughter, Kennedy. During the pandemic, Kelly was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of breast cancer but still showed up to work every day to take care of her COVID patients, even while undergoing chemo and radiation.
Kelly’s mother, Brenda Creasap, nominated her daughter for the Everyday Hero program. Brenda herself is a retired nurse who knows how difficult it was for Kelly to continue working during the pandemic. But Kelly put her patients ahead of her needs and showed remarkable dedication and selflessness.
Why this program? We started the Everyday Hero HVAC Giveaway program to recognize and honor those front-line heroes who serve our community and have significantly impacted the lives of others. As a family-owned and locally operated business serving Indianapolis and surrounding areas, the Service Plus family is committed to connecting with our community heroes and showing appreciation for their selfless acts.
