Many of you have probably spoken with Jenn over the telephone and we want to give you this chance to learn more about her!
April 1st of this year will mark Jenn’s eight-year anniversary with Service Plus. Jenn started in 2015 as a part-time Customer Service Representative and was soon hired on as a full-time employee. Her next opportunity with Service Plus, which she fully embraced, was Dispatcher. She enjoyed that position until her well-deserved promotion to Call Center Manager. Additionally, Jenn still fills in as a Dispatcher when needed to support her team.
Jenn has become an integral part of the Service Plus team by taking care of all of our call schedules, managing dispatch for the technicians, and continuously training staff to offer the best and friendliest service to our customers. We appreciate and value Jenn’s commitment to our Service Plus family.
Jenn is thankful for the family culture at Service Plus and the continuous support that is offered by the Service Plus leadership team. She embraces every opportunity for continuing education within the company and wants to learn as much as possible in her various roles at Service Plus.
While balancing work and educational goals outside of work, Jenn has the support of her wonderful husband of 11 years and their 3 beautiful daughters (ages 10, 16, and 18). Jenn and her husband enjoy dancing and listening to live salsa music and cumbia bands when they get a chance to enjoy themselves. And as a family, movies and the game Rummy are their go-to’s for entertainment.
