On May 3, 2021, Service Plus Heating, Cooling & Plumbing awarded Jeremiah Monroe and his family a brand new, energy-efficient furnace and air conditioning system along with a new water heater as part of their Everyday Hero community initiative. WTHR channel 13INside Track news program attended the installation to record the event and interview the winners. During the May 11 segment of the program, 13INside Track announced the winner.
